Flow is a production-style team workspace that combines the best of Notion, Trello, and Slack in one app. It ships a React 19 + Vite frontend with Redux Toolkit state management, and an Express + MongoDB backend secured with JWT refresh-token auth and workspace-scoped RBAC — all wired together with Socket.io for instant, multi-user updates.

Flow includes:

Kanban boards with drag & drop (dnd-kit) and optimistic updates reconciled by the server
Real-time chat with channels and DMs, presence, and notifications over Socket.io
Workspaces with invite codes, join requests, and owner/admin/member role management
JWT authentication using httpOnly access + refresh token cookies with session tracking
Workspace notes with full-text search and pinning
REST API with Zod validation, audit logs, rate limiting, and Swagger/OpenAPI docs
Optional Redis + BullMQ background queues for email and notification jobs
Docker Compose orchestration plus GitHub Actions CI (lint → test → build)
